Pinaalalahanan ng Concepcion Municipal Police Station na maaring managot ang mga magulang na papayagan ang kanilang mga menor de edad na anak na magmaneho ng motorsiklo sa mga kalsada.
Maari silang managot kung lalabag sa mga ito:
- Presidential Decree No 603 (The Youth and Welfare Code) Article 59 paragraph 12 says, allows or requires the child to drive without license or with a license which the parent known to have been illegaly procured. If the motor vehicle driven by the child belongs to the parent, it shall be presumed that the permitted or ordered the child to drive.
- Republic Act 7610 (Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Explotation and Discrimination Act), if it appears that the parents are exploiting and abusing the children by requiring the minor child to work as their driver, which prujudicial to the child’s normal development.
Ayon sa Concepcion Municipal Police Station, ang mga batang papayagang mag maneho ng kanilang mga magulang ay bahagi ng child abuse dahil mapanganib para sa mga bata ang pagmamaneho.

Maaring makulong ang kanilang mga magulang mula sa anim na taon at isang araw (6 years and 1 day) hanggang walong taon (8 years).
Ito umano ay batas sa buong Pilipinas hindi lamang sa bayan ng Concepcion, at ipinatutupad rin sa iba pang bayan sa lalawigan.
