Isolated rain showers are expected in some parts of Luzon on Wednesday.
In its 4 a.m. weather forecast, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said the regions of Ilocos, Cordillera, and Cagayan Valley will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rains caused by the northeasterly surface windflow.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country wil be partly cloudy with isolated rain showers due to localized thunderstorms.
Temperature in Metro Manila ranges from 24-33 degrees Celsius; Tuguegarao City 24-32 degrees Celsius; Baguio City 16-24 degrees Celsius; Metro Cebu 26-33; and Metro Davao 26-34 degrees Celsius. (Lily Ramos/PNA)
