Fair weather is expected on Tuesday as the northeasterly surface windflow prevails over Luzon.
In its 4 a.m. forecast, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy skies with isolated rain showers caused by localized thunderstorms.
