Six brand new 125cc Honda XRM Motorcycles were received by the Romblon Police Provincial Office from Police Regional Office – MIMAROPA during the Traditional Monday Flag Raising Ceremony on Monday, October 28, at the RHQ Parade Ground, Camp Gen. Efigenio C Navarro, Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro.
Acting Regional Director PBGen Nicerio Obaob lead the blessing and distribution ceremony of these 29 units motorcycles distributed to Marinduque PPO, Occidental Mindoro PPO, Oriental Mindoro PPO, Palawan PPO, and Romblon PPO.
“The said motorcycles will be used as a police response vehicles of the personnel assigned in the field,” according to Police Regional Office Mimaropa.
During the ceremony, Medalya ng Papuri (PNP Commendation Medal) were also awarded to BMaj. Nonato Bananai Jr., PMSg Samuel B Montesa, PSSg Mar Jason A Lebrilla, PCpl Judibel G Viñas, and PCpl Mariane May A Go for having demonstrated exemplary efficiency and devotion to duty as members of Regional Operations Management Division, Police Regional Office MIMAROPA contributing to the attainment of the 2nd highest rank PNP wide in the Unit Performance Rating (UPER) conducted by the Directorate for Operations from January 2019 to September 2019, garnering a total of 329.16 points and with an overall rating of 70.79%.
