The Municipal Mayor of the town of Odiongan suspended the work for all government agencies and private companies in this municipality on April 5, Monday.
This is to give way to locals to commemorate the Foundation Day as well as the Feast Day of Saint Vincent Ferrer, the Patron of Odiongan.
Odiongan mayor Trina Firmalo-Fabic cited the basis of her executive order to 1987 ordinance declaring April 5 as “Araw ng Odiongan”.
