In the midst the crisis caused by the the global pandemic called COVID-19 (coronavirus disease 2019), the TAU GAMMA PHI TRISKELIONS GRAND FRATERNITY conducted relief operations on selected Barangays in the Municipality of Odiongan last April 10.
It was thru the initiative of the Alumni of the fraternity to extend help to 50 families of Barangays Pato-o, Amatong and Rizal.
According to the Fraternity’s secretary, Mandy Formilleza, they have considered the residents of the selected barangays due the distance from the town proper and other related factors.
Futher, he mentioned that each family recieved 2 kilogram of rice, 3 canned goods, 3 noodles and sachets of coffee.
The fraternity also showed their appreciation by providing food to the frontliners situated on various checkpoints on Barangay Batiano, Rizal, Tulay, and Pato-o.
As of the moment earnest efforts are being made by the Grand Fraternity on how to showcase unity and brotherhood regardless of affiliation during the duration of the Enhanced Community Quarantine in the Province of Romblon particularly in the Municipality of Odiongan.
