Bilyonaryo News Channel is set to make its major television debut this Monday, September 9, with its primetime newscast, Agenda. The program will feature some of the Philippines’ most seasoned broadcast journalists, including Korina Sanchez-Roxas and Pinky Webb, known as the “Agenda Setters.”
Korina Sanchez-Roxas, a celebrated journalist whose career spans nearly five decades, will return to news anchoring after nearly ten years. Known for her straightforward interviewing style, Sanchez-Roxas has been a pillar of Philippine media, leading major news and lifestyle shows.
Joining her at the anchor desk is Pinky Webb, a respected journalist with over thirty years of experience. Webb is recognized for her balanced approach—pairing a calm and trustworthy demeanor with an intense and persistent style of journalism that engages audiences and sheds light on critical issues.
The Agenda team also includes Jam Alindogan, an internationally acclaimed correspondent and co-founder of the aid organization Sinagtala, who will serve as the Foreign Affairs Editor. Alindogan will deliver weekly reports on global concerns. Additionally, veteran journalist Nancy Carvajal will contribute special reports twice a week, known for her fearless reporting.
*Airing daily from 6 PM to 7 PM, Agenda aims to address the most significant issues impacting the nation, countering propaganda and combating the spread of misinformation. The program will provide in-depth reporting and hard-hitting interviews with key stakeholders to explore all aspects of the day’s most pressing topics.
Bilyonaryo News Channel will be available on free-to-air television via BEAM TV 31, accessible through digital TV boxes in key cities like Metro Manila, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Baguio, Zamboanga, and Naga, as well as on Cignal Channel 24.
