Romblon State University (RSU) has announced that it will be sending 20 students to Dalhousie University in Canada next year for a fully-funded student enrichment camp.
According to the RSU International Relations Office, the RSU College of Agriculture, Forestry, and Environmental Science (CAFES) and the RSU Santa Fe Campus are currently selecting 10 BS Agriculture students and 10 BS Fisheries students to participate in the program.
This enrichment camp will focus on agriculture and fisheries, providing students with hands-on experience and advanced learning opportunities.
This initiative follows the recent signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between RSU and Dalhousie University.
The MOU, signed by RSU President Dr. Merian P. Catajay Mani and Dalhousie University Vice President for Government and Global Relations Matt Hebb at the university’s Halifax Campus, marks the beginning of a collaboration focused on smart agriculture.
