Romblon State University has distributed year-end cash incentives to its regular employees this December, providing a total of over P33,000 as part of their annual benefits.
In an official announcement, the university revealed that regular employees received a P22,320.16 Collective Negotiation Agreement (CNA) incentive along with a P10,819.40 Service Recognition Incentive (SRI).
The CNA is a contractual agreement negotiated between the university and accredited employees’ associations, while the SRI is a recognition given to government employees for their collective and invaluable contributions throughout the year.
According to data from the Office of the University President, there are approximately 400 regular employees spread across the university’s campuses throughout the province.
Simultaneously, job order employees and those with a contract of service agreement with RSU also received a P5,000 gratuity pay on Friday, December 29.
