Romblon State University (RSU) officially kicked off its Scenic Island Kilometer Adventure in Romblon (SIKAR) today, February 22, at Tulay Bypass Road in Odiongan, Romblon.

Leading the launch were CHED Chairperson Prospero De Vera III, Governor Jose Riano, and RSU President Merian Mani, who joined cyclists in the event’s opening activities, including the King of the Mountain and Triathlon competitions.
SIKAR is part of RSU’s initiative to promote sports tourism in Romblon, showcasing the province’s scenic landscapes while fostering athletic excellence and community engagement.
