A 30-year-old resident from Puerto Princesa, Palawan, hit the jackpot prize of P36,257,127.40 in the 6/42 Lotto drawn on Sept. 07, 2023.
With the combination of 03-31-15-19-10-27, his winning ticket locked a bright future for him and his wife.
“Napakagandang biyaya nito para sa amin ng asawa ko. Sa katunayan po ay nagsisimula palang kaming bumuo ng sarili naming pamilya. Maraming salamat po sa PCSO sa mga ganitong pagkakataon na ibinibigay ninyo sa lahat ng kababayan natin na umaasa na may suwerteng darating sa buhay,” he said.
He mentioned that he has been a devoted lotto player for nearly a decade and plans to invest in real estate and start his own business. He claimed his winnings at the PCSO Main Office in Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong City, on Sept. 11, 2023.
In accordance with Republic Act No. 1169, winners are given a one-year period from the draw date to claim their prizes; otherwise, these prizes will be forfeited to form part of the PCSO Charity Fund.
Furthermore, the public is notified that prizes exceeding PHP 10,000.00 are subject to a 20% final tax in compliance with the provisions of the TRAIN Law.
To claim their jackpot prizes, winners must print their names and signatures on the back of their winning tickets. Additionally, they should present two (2) valid government IDs. Winners may claim prizes at the PCSO Main Office in Mandaluyong City.
