Dahil sa banta ng bagyong Quinta, sinusupende ni Governor Jose Riano ang pasok sa lahat ng opisina ng gobyerno bukas, Lunes, October 26.
Sa memorandum order ni Riano, sinabi na kabilang sa mga suspendido ang pasok ay mga National Government Agencies kasama ang mga opisina ng Department of Education at Commission on Higher Education.
“Due to inclement weather brought about by tropical storm Quinta and upon the recommendation of the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office, work in the Executive branches in the Province of Romblon including National Government Agencies, Deped, Ched shall be suspended on October 26,2020,” ayon sa Gobernador.
Hindi naman kasama sa suspendido ang pasok ang mga opisina na may kaugnayan sa basic and health services, at may kinalaman sa kahandaan ng probinsya sa disasters and calamities.
Pinag-iingat naman ng Provincial Government ang publiko sa paparating na bagyo.
