More than 50 frontline healthcare workers of Romblon Provincial Hospital (RPH) in this town received the second dose of Sinovac vaccine last April 6.
According to the Officer-in-Charge of the RPH, Dr. Denden Formadero, the hospital’s resident doctors and consultants are among those vaccinated by their second doze Tuesday.
The second dose vaccination took place, 28 days after they get the first injection of the vaccine.
In the past days, the healthcare workers didn’t experience any serious side effects from the vaccines, according to the hospital.
It is expected that in the next few days, other health workers and frontliners who have been vaccinated with Sinovac in the province will also receive a second dose.
