Romblon Congressman Eleandro Jesus “Budoy” Madrona, currently serving his second term, has officially filed his certificate of candidacy (COC) for re-election as the province’s lone district representative in the upcoming 2025 elections.
This marks his bid for a third and final term in the House of Representatives.
Madrona on his Facebook post said that his decision to run again reflects his commitment to serving the people of Romblon.
Throughout his political career, Madrona has been instrumental in pushing several initiatives aimed at enhancing Romblon’s infrastructure and economic prospects.
In addition to his work in infrastructure, Madrona has also focused on health and education, including initiatives to improve medical facilities in the province and efforts to enhance accessibility to quality education for Romblomanons.
His leadership and dedication have earned him wide support in the province, as evidenced by his landslide victory in previous elections
