An old fisherman was once asked why he never seemed discouraged, even after spending hours at sea with little or no catch.
He smiled and said, “Not every day fills my boat, but every day reminds me that God has never stopped providing.”
The people around him were surprised. They expected frustration, but instead, they found peace. He explained that some days God gives abundance, while other days He teaches patience, gratitude, and trust. Both are blessings—just in different forms.
Life often feels the same. There are seasons when everything seems to fall into place, and there are seasons when nothing goes as planned. We pray, we wait, and sometimes we wonder if God is listening. But faith isn't about seeing the whole picture—it's about trusting the One who already does.
This Sunday, may we remember that God's silence does not mean His absence. Even when we cannot see Him working, He is preparing something beyond what we can imagine. Every delay has a purpose, every waiting season has a lesson, and every new day is another reminder of His unfailing love.
May your heart find rest today, your soul be renewed, and your faith grows stronger for the week ahead.
“Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and he will establish your plans.” –16:3
Have a blessed and peaceful Sunday, everyone. 🤍
