The inflation rate in the province of Romblon decelerated to 6.4 percent in July 2023, compared to 7.1 percent in the previous month, according to the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Romblon. This inflation rate is the lowest inflation rate since Febuary 2023.

The decline in inflation was attributed to the decrease in the inflation rates of several commodity groups, such as Food and Non-Alcoholic Beverages; Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco; Furnishings, Household Equipment and Routine Maintenance of the house; Transportation; Information and Communication; as well as Personal Care and Miscellaneous Goods and Services.
