Mimaropa RDC endorses PRDP Scale-Up in the region

The National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) MIMAROPA’s Regional Development Council (RDC) approved the implementation of PRDP Scale-Up during their Second Quarter Full Council Meeting in Pasay City, June 2.

Following this endorsement, it was resolved that PRDP Scale-Up shall be included in the investment program of the Department of Agriculture and the Regional Development Investment Program 2023-2028.

PRDP Scale-Up is proposed to be one of the DA’s flagship programs designed to address the gaps in the commodity value chains by improving the efficiency of the food supply chain towards greater connectivity, mobility, accessibility, availability, and affordability of food in the market. (PRDP)
