“for failing to allege the precinct number and location of the pilot clustered precincts as otherwise required under Sec. 10 (c)(iv), Rule 2 of the 2022 Interim Amendments to the 2010 Rules of Procedure for Municipal Election Contests; for lacking a “summary of the witnesses’ intended testimonies” as otherwise required under Sec. 10 [a][iv], Rule 2 of the same Rules; for lacking “a detailed specification of the acts or omissions complained of showing the electoral frauds and anomalies or irregularities in the protested precincts as otherwise required under Sec. 10 (c)(v), Rule 2 of the Rules, and pursuant to Sec. 12 [b], Rule 2 of said Rules, the instant protest is hereby dismissed,” base as desisyon ng korte na pirmado ni Judge Edwin B. Buffee.
