Requirement na para sa mga on-site at transport workers ang bakuna laban sa Covid-19, ito ang inanunsyo ng Malacañang nitong Biyernes, November 12.
Ito ay matapos mapagdesisyunan ng Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-EID) ang iba’t ibang measures para mas mapabilis ang Covid-19 vaccination drive ng gobyerno.
Ayon kay Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque, ang direktibang ito ay magsisimula ng December 1.
“In compliance with the directives of President Rodrigo Roa Duterte, the Inter-Agency Task Force approved measures to employ a whole-of-government solution to increase demand for Covid-19 vaccination,” ayon kay Roque.
SInabi rin ni Roque, na tumatayo ring IATF-EID spokeperson, na lahat ng empleyado ng pribado at pampublikong opisina na matatagpuansa mga lugar na may sapat na vaccines ay dapat bakunado ang lahat ng eligible employees na may on-site work.
Para naman sa mga ayaw umanong magpabakuna, kinakailangan nilang ng regular na RT-PCR test o antigen test at ito ay sagot umano ng sarili nilang bulsa.
“However, eligible employees who remain to be unvaccinated may not be terminated but they shall be required to undergo regular RT-PCR testing, or antigen tests, at their own expense,” pahayag pa ni Roque.
Samantala, ang mga public at private establishments rin ay maari ring tumanggi ng mga kliyente na hindi bakunado.
Ito ay kahalintulad sa nauna nang utos ni Governor Jose Riano sa mga opisina ng gobyerno sa probinsya.
