Lingid sa kaalaman ng marami, may lokal na bersyon sa Pilipinas ang tinaguriang Bermuda Triangle. Tinawag ng writer at researcher na si Alden Alag na ‘Romblon Triangle’ ang lugar sa Romblon province na nasa gitna ng Concepcion municipality, Dos Hermanas islands (Isabel at Carlota islands) at Sibuyan island.

Bibisita sa dalawang bayan sa Tablas Island sa Romblon ang University of the Philippines Singing Ambassadors (UPSA) para sa magdaos ng konsiyertong pinamagatang "Harana Para Sa Kasimanwa".

Sa araw ng Martes, July 04, nasa Alcantara Public Auditorium sa Alcantara ang grupo at pagdating naman ng Huwebes, July 06, sa Odiongan Public Plaza naman sila sa bayan ng Odiongan.

Magsisimula ang konsiyerto eksaktong alas-7 ng gabi.

So, when the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office-MIMAROPA introduced a livelihood project in their community in 2015 through its Sustainable Livelihood Program (SLP), she participated and even encouraged other residents to also join for a chance to change their lives.

Millennials ‘make a difference’ while exploring Romblon through volunteerism

Firing up the spirit of volunteerism while traveling. I am M.A.D. (Making A Difference) conquered the town of Magdiwang, Sibuyan Island, Romblon for its 32nd MAD Camp area at Tomas and Maria Maglaya Memorial School. Millenial volunteers together with the beneficiaries and their parents pose for a souvenir photo.Firing up the spirit of volunteerism while traveling. I am M.A.D. Driven by their passion and desire to make their time worthwhile this summer, twenty volunteers from across the country who were mostly millennials recently gathered for a three-day outreach program called I am M.A.D. (Making A Difference) Camp in the municipality of Magdiwang, Sibuyan Island, Romblon.

The millennial volunteers consist of old and new ones united to help 50 students of Tomas and Maria Maglaya Memorial School in Magdiwang to develop their innermost potentials and to make a difference in many simple ways starting from themselves to their families, schoolmates, and their community.
